For a limited time buy into the Ranch for only $1250.00 + closing costs (includes Ownership Deed, Filing Fees, and three months paid dues). Each owner pays $40.00 per month thereafter for the maintenance and upkeep of the ranch. Please contact the Main Office for further questions or more details.
